Double-decker bus collides with milk tanker
At least 18 people died, and 19 others were injured when their bus collided with another vehicle in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh today. The accident involved a double-decker bus traveling from Sitamarhi, Bihar to Delhi, which crashed into a milk tanker from behind on the Lucknow-Agra expressway.

Among the victims were three women and one child, according to the police. The accident happened at around 5:15 am, said Gaurang Rathi, the District Magistrate of Unnao. The injured were quickly taken to a hospital for treatment.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed his sorrow over the incident and directed officials to ensure the injured receive proper care, according to his office.
