It’s worth noting that Harsha Richhariya, dressed as a monk with fake dreadlocks and a Tripund on her forehead, participated in the first Amrit Snan. As the controversy escalated, Harsha was initially forced to leave the Mahakumbh. However, she soon made a return.

Now, Harsha Richhariya has come under the patronage of Mahant Ravindra Puri of the Akhada Parishad. Describing him as a father figure, she expressed her intention to participate in the second Amrit Snan as well. Supporting her, Ravindra Puri remarked, “Harsha Richhariya is a girl, and we worship girls. We should respect her. I want her to return to the Mahakumbh, ride the chariot, and participate in the rituals. How does that harm anyone?”
