Deepika Padukone, known for her role in “The Fighter,” shared her thoughts on the significance of the award, highlighting its celebration of compelling narratives that leave a mark on audiences with their portrayal of both factual and fictional realms. The award was clinched by director-screenwriter Jonathan Glazer for his 2023 historical drama “The Zone of Interest,” set in Poland, with “Twenty Days in Mariupol,” “Anatomy of a Fall,” “Past Lives,” and “Society of the Snow” also contending in the category.
The actress, who is 38, shared glimpses of her exquisite attire on Instagram, captivating onlookers with a strapless blouse and a sari adorned with golden sequins.
